“The entire team at UpperDeck is amazing!
Chris worked with us thru several design changes to truly enhance and create a perfectly suited multi-layered deck for our needs. From demolition to completion every member of the crew had the BEST attitude and truly took pride in their work. They kept the worksite clean, even helping us remove some old bushes – and LOTS of clay! The carpenters made suggestions throughout the process to improve the design and functionality. We are overjoyed at the outcome and will enjoy our new deck for many years to come!”

“UpperDeck definitely gets a 5 star rating from us! We were in desperate need of a new deck. We had peeling paint and a couple holes in our wood deck! It was time for a composite deck! We had a bids from 3 companies. After speaking with Chris we knew we needed to go with UpperDeck. Chris was very knowledgeable and he listened as we explained our needs. He is very responsive to phone calls, texts & emails and displayed patience with our many questions. A special thank you to Mike & his crew (Billy, Blake, Noah & George)! We appreciate Mike’s attention to detail! These guys created a backyard oasis that we will enjoy for many years to come!!! Thank you UpperDeck!!!”

“5 stars – but could easily say 10/10! Our wooden deck had seen better days (it was sad & old), and needed to be replaced. Contacted Upper Deck via their website and was shortly contacted by Annette. We discussed general needs and what we were looking for, and scheduled a meeting with Chris. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and reassuring about the project, expectations, and procedures. Chris provided quotes for both a wooden deck and a composite. We decided to go with the composite after discussing it. In our opinion, the upgrade was worth the investment for lower maintenance, eye appeal, and overall added value. Everything lined up – we had a quote from Chris, HOA approval, and paperwork signed within a few days. Exceptional communication! The demo crew was amazing and respectful of the property. Materials were delivered, organized and bundled with care. Appreciated that Chris showed up to the worksite to get the project started, as well as to check in on other days. Carpenter Mike was *SO* awesome! Very personable. His care and attention to detail were impeccable. He took pride in his work and it shows! Courteous, professional, friendly. Care for property, left the area clean after each work day. Pleasure to work with this company! Would highly recommend – and would absolutely use them again. Worth the investment! Looking forward to enjoying our new deck – Thanks again Chris, Annette, Mike and crew!”

“After numerous estimates, I decided to contract with UpperDeck to build a new deck this summer. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire process. I initially talked to Annette to set-up the meeting and Chris came out to my home to look at the project. He offered me a great design at a fair price. They were so easy to work with. The project team was on-time, talented, and experienced craftsmen. You can easily know how professional this company is from the first day. There are a lot of deck contractors out there. I am so happy to find a company that truly cares their product and takes pride in their workmanship. My new deck is so beautiful. My family and I enjoy it every day!”

“We cannot say enough good things about our project with Chris and Upper Deck. Chris was extremely patient and knowledgeable as we navigated away from a deck rebuild to a stamped patio. He treated our project like he was working on his own home. Communication was excellent. Chris kept us up to date with stages of the project and was very responsive with returned calls, texts, and emails. We love our new outdoor space The new gazebo will be up soon.”
