“Our deck was 24 years old and time to replace. We quoted three companies. Out of the three Upper Deck worked with us on modifications to make the project in line with our budget and design. Chris came out and went over several details of what we wanted. Chris was very responsive either by phone or text/email through the quoting process. He was just as responsive through the project and answered any questions. We also decided to add extra electrical work. He contracted his electrician and Eddie was also very responsive and good to work with. His carpenters Dave and Charlie’s carpentry is exceptional! The level of details was beyond my expectation. “5 stars – but could easily say 10/10! Our wooden deck had seen better days (it was sad & old), and needed to be replaced. Contacted Upper Deck via their website and was shortly contacted by Annette. We discussed general needs and what we were looking for, and scheduled a meeting with Chris. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and reassuring about the project, expectations, and procedures. Chris provided quotes for both a wooden deck and a composite. We decided to go with the composite after discussing it. In our opinion, the upgrade was worth the investment for lower maintenance, eye appeal, and overall added value. Everything lined up – we had a quote from Chris, HOA approval, and paperwork signed within a few days. Exceptional communication! The demo crew was amazing and respectful of the property. Materials were delivered, organized and bundled with care. Appreciated that Chris showed up to the worksite to get the project started, as well as to check in on other days.
